Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1—3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Time & Carriers

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic (within China): 3—5 business days

  • International: 10—15 business days (depending on customs processing)

We ship using 4PX (Shenzhen递四方), YunExpress, and DHL. Tracking information will be provided via email once available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and delivery destination. You will see the exact amount before completing your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These are not included in our shipping charges and are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier service disruptions. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@aurasuds.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address
