30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it;

Unused and unworn;

In its original packaging;

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@aurasuds.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Notice for Soap & DIY Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened. If you received the wrong item, email us immediately and do not open the soap. Once a product is opened, we cannot accept it for return or refund.
Our soap products are personal care items, and we trust you understand why opened products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards;

Sale or discounted items (unless defective);

Any opened or used products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (provided it is unopened and unused). Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we‘ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you‘ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Need to cancel or change your order? Email support@aurasuds.com with “CANCEL + your order number” in the subject line. We’ll reply within 24—48 hours.
